It is painful to see 619 NSE stocks are trading at its 52-week low, yet our Finance Minister continues to suggest that everything is fine, while the RBI Governor seems to be relying on the hope that money will flow into Indian markets once FII exits AI stocks.

There have been no significant statements addressing investors concerns and little visible action to restore market confidence or improve the situation.

What can investors realistically expect under these circumstances?

The government expects taxpayers to meet their obligations on time, but when it comes to addressing market concerns and taking meaningful action, the response appears disappointingly passive.

बैंक वालों के लिए भी पे कमीशन होना चाहिए। बैंक यूनियन अपने सदस्यों को डर के माहौल में छोड़ देती है, न सही से पेमेंट बढ़ता है और न मनमर्जी का ट्रांसफर मिलता है। अब बैंक यूनियन मर रही है, वक्त है कि हम ये मांग उठाये कि हमे भी पे कमीशन ही चाहिए।

Yesterday I was in bharatpur.we visited a few branches and PLP MCC and CO .
I was so happy to hear in the first branch we visited that officers are able to leave branches between 5.30 PM to 6 PM and everything in this branch is updated including CKYC .and this is CM headed branch .supper efficient officers of new mandi house branch well done team new mandi.
In CO we enquired about day end check i was told that only for insurance limitation and PNPA day end check is used and that too removed around 6 .30 PM but in evening we were told that there is a day end check for aadhar updation in kcc and when my team checked with DCH he said he is not aware of this day end check CH was in jaipur and CM was in branch visit then who applied this day end check we were told one scale 3 ordered this verbally to do so and this is gross abuse of position by that scale 3 .you can not keep scores of employees hostage in branches on verbal instructions of a scale 3 who has no power to do so .these type of day end checks are illegal and must be resisted very strongly by circle level leadership of officers association but unfortunately majority union never raises their voice against day end check here so onus is on my federation local leadership to stop these type of illegal actions by co officials .

ध्यान से सुनियेगा रोजगार कैसे खत्म होता जा रहा बैंक में।
आज एक मीटिंग को ध्यान से सुन रहा था। मामला था कि कितने परसेंट ट्रांजेक्शन डिजिटली होना चाहिए और कितने परसेंट बैंक के कंप्यूटर से। सबसे अहम बात ये थी कि पहले कस्टमर को ऑनबोर्डिंग कराओ whatsapp बैंकिंग 18001234 योनो पर। उसके बाद जब भी कस्टमर आए जो भी करवाए उसके मोबाइल से कराओ।

अब सोचने वाली बात ये है कि पहले ऑनबोर्डिंग करने में टाइम लगाओ फिर जब फिर से काम आए कस्टमर से मोबाइल लेकर उसका काम करो। इसमें जो कर्मी लगा है वो बैंक का ही है। लेकिन डैशबोर्ड में इनको ये साबित करना है कि इतने परसेंट लोग खुद से अपना काम कर रहे है। बाकी बचा काम के लिए कितना भर्ती करना है बैंक का बोर्ड तय करेगा। इससे बैंक को ग्लोबली पहचान मिलेगी और भर्ती के पैसे भी कॉस्ट कटिंग के रूप में बचेगा।

आखिरकार लोड किसपे आएगा जो बचे खुचे बैंक कर्मी है उनपे। तो ये गोरखधंधा सरकार के जरिए चेयरमैन को दिया जाता है और चेयरमैन कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस से इस्को संचालित करता है। आने वाले समय में बैंक में भर्तियां न के बराबर हो जाए तो कोई आश्चर्य की बात नहीं।
