We had questions about the process, and about Waypoint data that shows Germantown’s Water Dept with numerous violations over the years.

Our reporter says Waypoint hung up on him.

@Uber_Support @UberEats THE MERCHANT DID NOT HAVE THE FOOD I ORDERED. THEY DID NOT START PREPARING THE FOOD BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE IT. How hard is this to understand? What kind of "fairness" is it to STEAL money from paying customers because the big box merchants you protect run out of food?
