@TrackGazette@JustSportsTweet Big jump! Clearly an 8.50 metre plus jumper with legal wind. With Tentoglou, Pinnock and Furlani around, we could be entering a new era for the long jump.
@TheInsiderPaper Perhaps they might have identified things earlier if the CDC was alongside to help like they used to be. When you insult the WHO Marco, you’re insulting the rest of the world!
@DrNeilStone Hey Neil I think those alarmist disease outbreak accounts are rubbing off on you! But i agree that these official figures must be a massive undercount.
@outbreakupdates All the other passengers around the world will be gutted. I’m sure most had hoped that they’d seen the last infection a fortnight ago. Wonder what Jake on Instagram will have to say.
@rirokpik African American soldiers were generally treated quite well by their host countries in Europe. There were thousands of mixed race kids born in Britain back then. We have family history shows which follow people trying to trace their black GI fathers and other relatives in the US.
@AfricanArchives British entertainment legend Sir Bruce Forsyth considered Sammy the most talented performer he’d ever met because he could sing, dance, act, play multiple instruments and do stand up. Legend!
@outbreakupdates Reminds me a bit of that Ebola outbreak in Dallas with the nurses. Given their issues with PPE and the full training, it could have been a lot worse.
@Geekerella@outbreakupdates I hope I’m right too! A doctor on TV said that the last known infection was 2 May. We’d probably have seen more cases since then if this hantavirus was going anywhere.
