@PMCPune the current Board of Trustees of HND Boarding, #Pune, has adopted some anti-social policies and, contrary to the basic objectives of the public trust, has entered into an agreement to sell the entire property, including the 65-year-old Jain temple, hostel building, and 100 trees, to Gokhale Builders of Pune for a meagare Rs. 230 crore.

The #Jain community strongly opposes this illegal transaction and humbly requests you to immediately order a high-level investigation into the matter by taking the following action:

👉🏽 No sale deeds should be registered for plot numbers 460 and 461, measuring approximately 12018.27 square meters, in Model Colony, Pune.

👉🏽 No plan approval should be granted to the trustees of Seth Hirachand Nemichand Memorial Trust and Gokhale Landmarks LLP for plots 460 and 461.

👉🏽 The change report issued by the Charity Commissioner on 04.04.2025 in case CC/24/2025 on the basis of fraud and false facts should be cancelled.
