My credit card with ICICI ending on 7017 is showing a late payment charges of 500 to which the customer support says is valid since I did not pay the entire outstanding within due date !

Just for making a payment more than the Minimum due and less than Total Outstanding ICICI decided to levy Late Payment Charges wrongly and now trying to justify the wrongdoing. Would sincerely request RBI officials to intervene in this matter
