@Kiiiiirstenn@Steam@Steam_Support@gls_us@eurogamer@IGNUK@Kotaku@WiredUK 18 days since payment and 9 days since I sent proof to Steam support that it’s been lost by Evri, this morning i finally gave up and asked for a refund.
Been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with customer support for any retailer. Valve should be ashamed.
Wonder how many @Steam@Steam_Support decks have to go missing with #Evri before something will be done about it. @gls_us
Most in the video are delivery issues from the last day! The lack of accountability from any of the companies is shocking
@eurogamer@IGNUK@Kotaku@WiredUK
@Steam_Support@OnDeck well I had to throw in the towel today and ask for a refund for the steam deck. After 7 months of waiting, 17 days since placing an order and 8 days without a resolution, I have been left with no other option.
Disappointed beyond words.
@Steam_Support@OnDeck how is this level of customer support acceptable? At this point, you are coercing me into getting a refund and giving up my reservation which I have held on to for the last 7 months.
Sort out your logistics or work with retailers who value their customers.
@singhs001@FrancisChristov@KateDovaston Sorry to hear that. Raise it with Steam Support asap. Re. Evri, assuming you have raised a ticket using the Holly bot on their site, also use Resolver to raise a complaint. I got a response after 6 days that it was lost.
Steam support is sadly very slow too
@KingDJx @LauraKCald98 @LordOfTheEcchi @Steam_Support@Steam It’s just frustrating how slow @Steam_Support is in this matter. I get there is a process they need to carry out, but they should consider keeping the customer appraised instead of stopping to reply altogether.
@KingDJx @LauraKCald98 @LordOfTheEcchi @Steam_Support@Steam Lucky you! Mine has gone missing too. Evri have confirmed it is lost. @Steam_Support is currently radio silent so no idea if it's being processed or not. My ticket was raised 8th of September 🤦
@mb73667024 @OnDeck I got my dreaded email from Evri this morning that it is lost. It's a shame Valve is working with this horrible company. Hope you get yours soon 🤞
@Steam_Support@OnDeck - Please stop using #Evri for delivery in the UK. Many customers from the UK, including me, have gotten their parcels lost or stolen. While this can happen with other couriers, the lack of support from both Evri and Steam is infuriating.
Has anyone noticed the @Trustpilot reviews scam #Evri has been carrying out? Genuine customer 1-star reviews are being suppressed by paid-for one line 5 star reviews. Just click on the author for 5-star reviews to find gems like https://t.co/Q3LBVp01F0
@standardnews They have killed their social media and all customer support channels and replaced it with a bot that does nothing. They are suppressing real customer reviews on trust pilot by buying fake 5 star reviews. And somehow they still operate and retailers continue to work with them 🤷🏽♂️
@thatbunty There is no way to contact them reliably anymore. They have gotten rid of their support email, social channels and phone operators. The only avenue is a chat bot on their website which is useless. How is this even legal.
@KingDJx@Steam_Support@Steam What's a real shame is that Valve put so much effort into making steam deck as consumer friendly as possible by allowing consumers to upgrade and repair parts. And then they also chose to work with unethical companies like Evri who are the polar opposite.
