सुबह 8 बजे Rajdhani की Booking खुलनी थी।

Kolkata से New Delhi की Ticket चाहिए थी, इसलिए Passenger Details, Aadhaar Authentication और बाकी सारी तैयारी पहले ही कर ली गई थी।

8 बजे App खोला तो Login अपने आप गायब था।

Login करके जैसे ही Booking शुरू की, Seats देखकर हैरानी हुई।

कुछ ही Seats Available थीं और Booking शुरू होते ही तेजी से कम होती जा रही थीं।

Passenger Select किया और Payment पर पहुंचे तो App अटक गया।

When hundreds of vehicles are stuck in a long queue, the cars may barely move, but fuel continues to burn. ⛽🚗 Time is lost, engines keep running, and unnecessary pollution increases.

Toll collection is necessary for maintaining roads and infrastructure, but efficient traffic management should be equally important.

If a queue becomes unusually long, shouldn’t there be a system to reduce congestion and keep traffic moving?

The toll operator calculates the revenue collected from every vehicle.

But who calculates the fuel wasted, time lost and productivity affected when thousands of commuters are forced to stand in queues?

The public pays the toll, but they also pay the hidden cost of waiting. 🤔

A female passenger was stopped by TTE and asked to show her ticket.

She tried offering cash instead, then claimed her brother was a TTE.

During the argument, she is seen tearing her own clothes and then accusing the TTE of touching them.

TTE had been recording the incident throughout and calmly asked her to call 112.

This is exactly why railway staff need proper protection and body cameras while dealing with such situations.

But instead of listening to him, he was threatened.

When he started recording a video for his own safety, another TC became even more enraged. "Why are you making a video of me?"

The man then calmed down and said, "I am poor, but I am also educated. I know my rights and the law."

If this incident occurred as depicted in the video, it's natural to question: Does enforcing rules mean threatening or being rude?

Railway rules should apply equally to everyone, but action should also be taken within the bounds of law and respect.

Poverty is not a license to suppress anyone's voice. The law will only be respected when those enforcing it adhere to decorum.

A girl shared that she had eaten a Chocolate Truffle Pastry from Delhi Momos, and later found visible fungus in it.

What’s even more worrying is that she had also eaten their Red Velvet Pastry. Now the question is—was that pastry safe too? If there was something wrong with it and she falls sick later, who will be responsible?

Food safety should never be compromised. Customers deserve fresh and safe food.

🚨PANTRY STAFF OR GOONS?

A disturbing allegation from Train 12590 (Charlapalli–Gorakhpur Express): a woman passenger travelling with her child & husband was allegedly assaulted by pantry staff and vendors onboard.

If the video and allegations are verified, this raises a serious question: Who is protecting passengers inside our trains?

Passengers pay for a safe journey—not intimidation, threats or violence.

🔴 Immediate investigation
🔴 Identify those responsible
🔴 Strict action if the allegations are proven
🔴 Accountability for passenger safety

Families should never have to fear for their safety while travelling by train.
