@AmazonHelp I've been having a problem with orders. Over 20 have been cancelled in the past month. I place the order and get a message to revise payment. I try to revise, then the order cancels. I talked with my bank, they can't see any need to authenticate my payment.

I have talked with many agents. This issue has been escalated at least 10 times. Two or 3 times, I was supposed to hear back and didn't. Two separate agents gave me email addresses to use, assuring me I would get the help I needed. When I emailed with my issue, I got a message

Social security cards and drivers licenses don’t usually indicate citizenship. So that’s the problem. You need extra documents that your husband doesn’t.
