@StanChart@bupaglobal@WHOOP My account balance has been stuck for more than eight months. During this period, the bank took nearly two months to clearly explain the procedure that needed to be followed. After completing the formalities, I submitted the indemnity bond one month ago, as advised.
@flipkartsupport I ordered a product on the 18th of Aug in the hope of receiving it before the b'day of my boy but now it's 3rd Sep it's not received. I did not receive any call from the delivery person but it's showing Delivery unsuccessful retrying soon.Totally disappointed.
@StanChartHelp I hope the bank will handle this final step with the seriousness it deserves and ensure that the refund is credited at the earliest.

@StanChartHelp As advised, I submitted my new bank account details on 10th July for the NEFT transfer. However, the amount has still not been credited. I’ve completed all the formalities from my side and have waited patiently for the process to be completed.
