“What works must travel. What works must scale. And we must be equally ready to learn from others.”

This message strongly resonates with how I see the future of MedicaKing Nutrition Hub Rwanda.

A solution should not remain limited to the community where it was created.

If we develop a community-based approach that helps mothers access better nutrition, supports child growth, strengthens health education and connects families to appropriate services, we should ask:
#Can it work elsewhere?
#Can it be adapted?
#Can we measure its impact?
#Can it reach more families without losing quality?

For me, this is the principle:

#Learn → #Test → #Measure → #Improve → #Scale.

MedicaKing is starting from communities in Rwanda, but the ambition is bigger: to learn from what works in Rwanda, learn from others across Africa and beyond, and eventually contribute solutions that can be adapted to other communities facing similar challenges.

And scaling should never come before evidence.

What works for one mother should have the potential to reach thousands.
