This is probably methylene blue, which was originally ab industrial dye but has show to be biologically active and was used as an effective early malaria treatment. We know that, at the wrong doses, it is neurotoxic, but there are worm and mouse studies that small doses could have small positive effects on memory and longevity.
There have been a couple small human studies that have shown small effects and others that have shown no effect. This is true of many compounds that turn out to have no (or negative) effect on human biology. It has become a meme supplement with lots of exaggerated claims in the pseudo-health space. There is no robust research that it has positive impacts on people, which makes it sound like “well it might!!” And yeah, it might, but, like, anything might. And if we don’t know it works at all, we /definitely/ don’t know the dose that is effective and safe, which does make the eye droppers full of it concerning.
The point is we don’t know and RFK jr. very clearly prefers vibes to the methods of science.

This month's graduate symposium at @UCIChemistry was headlined by our talented second-year, @njmattfurry. We're keeping things under wraps for now, but we're very excited to share his findings with you in due time!
In @ScienceMagazine this week, Ohyun Kwon’s group uses consecutive ozonolysis and copper catalysis to swap vinyl groups with amines https://t.co/zGrJSbzrKR
Great turnout at Overman Symposium this past Saturday! @JosephCapaniJr and @njmattfurry enjoyed this opportunity to showcase some exciting results building on work we disclosed in @J_A_C_S earlier this year: https://t.co/5R6N3Zxhfo
Our enantioselective syntheses of Wickerols A & B is out now in @J_A_C_S! Several generations of group members moved mountains to make this possible: @Jonatha17807916, @JosephCapaniJr, Matthias Göhl, and Philipp Roosen - congratulations! Get the scoop at:

Wow undergrad sure flew by, quite sad to say goodbye. Incredibly thankful for my family, friends, and professors for supporting me in my scientific endeavors these past four years at @Stockton_edu. Stoked for the future and to start studying and doing research at @UCIChemistry.
