Hi , I purchased a new pro max battery last year and after three months it stopped charging . I was only getting 15 miles from a full charge. And now the LEDs are stuck on 2 lights . I now do not have an e bike . No one seems interested to help . Advice please ?

Help needed . I’m getting no where with theAI assistant. My max pro does not charge , it’s 4 months old and does not work . Swytch are not helping me and have ignored all my requests to help me . Maciej (Swytch Bike)was involved . Now nothing . Help please 🙏
