Congratulations! So good to see this undergrad-driven paper out! Such interesting findings and highlights Xenopus as a model system to study our interactions with the environment #womeninstem 👩🔬@SimmonsUniv
Happy to share our recent paper by @eggmaharrison published in DevDyn finding that the forever chemical PFOS causes tumor like mass formations in Xenopus. We also found it's a bad idea to mix PFOS with antibiotics! https://t.co/FHSe0318JW
@bostonaruban There was a van on the sidewalk around 9:30am today as well, right on the bike lane in front of the boat house. This car also looks like it has a canoe rack, so maybe unloading boats? At the beginning of crew season, there is often a large van blocking the bike lane

MASCO shuttles are typically just parked there, driverless, especially during the afternoon rush hour; the other cars are just picking up food from Sweetgreen or Anna’s..
I’ve been documenting the bike lane at Brookline and Longwood since its implementation. W/o enforcement, it’s dangerous and unusable! The entrance to the next section is often blocked as well @BostonBTD @jfh
Check out a special edition of @FrontCellDevBio on limb development, regeneration, and evo-devo we edited with @JessicaLehoczky and @UAtsuta https://t.co/YixsajHqqi
Enjoyed writing this review/commentary on the clinical translation of targeted protein degraders with Nikki - hope you all find it interesting and thought provoking. https://t.co/lOUDsLcHsS
It has been an incredible two weekends for the Young lab. Last weekend, all three of our incredible seniors presented their thesis projects at ENEBC hosted by Simmons University @SimmonsUniv. Congrats Vibhuti, Ganad, and Kate. This weekend, @NESDBMeeting !
@EddieRe87325498@wutrain@CllrKendraLara Seriously! People are already getting killed sitting on their own porch re: Washington st crash in Rozzie just a month ago. Also saw a car across the bike path between Riverway and Ward Pond 2 wkds ago.. this is getting out of hand! I’m scared to walk/bike even on separated paths
And Washington St in Rozzie, Hyde Park Ave, Blue Hill, and Riverway.. basically any route in Boston that suburban commuters and Uber/Lyft drivers use to come into the city or cut across town
@universalhub My friend’s front porch on Walk Hill lost the latest battle in the Great Car-vs-Building War of 2023… apparently the guy was texting while speeding at 60mph?!! Should we start building bollards in front of every house? #jamaicaplain@wutrain@CllrKendraLara
