@Lowes purchased a washer/dryer.delivered last week wed. Thurs I did a load of laundry and discovered the dryer doesn’t work. Called and spoke with store. They scheduled to have dryer picked up and new one delivered on 3/5. Haven’t received a delivery time. No one answers phone

@Apple we upgraded one of our iPhones. We never received a box to return the old phone… we’ve called customer service 2 times and made 2 visits to the store. We are erroneously being charged for 2 phones and no one knows how to fix this. HHHEEELLPP

@Lenovo No, it restarting it did not fix it. Both times I had to waste time on the phone with tech support. This is not how i like to spend my time

@Sephora I ordered something online for in store pickup. The sales person came out and had to scan my barcode on 2 separate occasions - this took 10 min. When he finally found it, he acted like he did me a favor by bringing out my purchases. What happened to customer service?

@SamsClub The scanner at the door was slow and RUDE.he let people cut in front of the line despite us all waiting to exit.When I brought this up to him he was dismissive & could care less that letting people cut isn’t right.
