Your tattoo isn’t just decorative ink: it’s a permanent trigger that keeps your immune system locked in a lifelong cycle of chronic inflammation.
As soon as the ink is injected into your skin, your body recognizes the pigment particles as foreign invaders. Immune cells called macrophages immediately swarm the area and attempt to swallow them up. But because they can’t actually break down the ink, the macrophages eventually die, releasing the pigment back into the surrounding tissue, only for a new wave of macrophages to arrive and repeat the process.
This endless cycle is what keeps the tattoo permanently visible, while also maintaining a state of ongoing, low-level inflammation in the skin.
Over time, some of these ink particles migrate through the lymphatic system and accumulate in the lymph nodes, placing constant stress on the body’s defense mechanisms. Emerging research suggests this internal ink buildup may interfere with normal immune function, potentially reducing the effectiveness of certain vaccines, including mRNA types. Additionally, many tattoo inks contain heavy metals like nickel and cobalt. Combined with the chronic inflammation, this has been linked to a modestly elevated risk of lymphoma and skin cancer.
While tattoos remain a powerful form of self-expression, they represent a complex, decades-long biological conflict between your immune system and foreign substances embedded in your skin.

Think your fruits and vegetables are clean? An FSSAI survey found pesticide residues in nearly 1 in 5 produce samples tested across India.
That’s why Pune scientist Dr. Asmita Prabhune spent years developing Sophab, a concentrated organic produce wash through Green Pyramid Biotech.
After countless experiments, Sophab was designed to remove up to 99% of pesticides, pathogens and chemical residues.
Just dilute, soak for 2–3 minutes, gently rub and rinse.
At ₹85 for 100 ml, could this make everyday produce cleaning easier?

“India is no longer struggling to attract tourists… it is now struggling to handle the crowd.
From mountains to beaches, every tourist destination is packed. People spend more time stuck in traffic than actually enjoying the journey.
This scene from Sikkim’s Zero Point is not an exception anymore it’s becoming the new normal across India.”
Electric cars will soon have 1500 km range - huge promise of solid state batteries.
I still remember the time when an electric vehicle was a small, crammed, strange car with a range of less than 100 km. Only the most determined environmentalist would take a look at it.
Wow! How fast technology change!!
Changan Auto just announced it will roll out solid state batteries with a range of more than 1500 km. The batteries will be launched this year, mass production will start 2027.
I recently visited the world’s largest electric scooter company - Yadea. They are making sodium (salt) based batteries for scooters. CATL is working on the same for cars.
Solid state and sodium batteries are safer and better than lithium based.
The rest of the world should wake up. Nearly all battery developments are happening in China 🇨🇳 and Korea 🇰🇷
The future of driving is electric!
