@GWRHelp there is a very full 8.23 train & there are people sitting with shopping on AVAILABLE seats who refuse to move their shopping. Not a single person to help alleviate the situation.

@chilternrailway I understand there is a failure and delays. But you should have been only allowing a safe amount of people on trains. This is entirely unsafe and very dangerous.
