The original Hebrew actually says "Do not murder". There's a semantic difference. And the tenth commandment says not to covet your neighbor's possessions. Of course, you have to agree on whom the land belongs to if you want to invoke that, and the Torah has quite a lot to say about that.

Btw the vast majority of "Palestinians" can't prove any ancestry on Israeli land even back one generation. They're all from neighboring countries: Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey, Jordan... they're literally just foreign Muslim invaders. Historical census figures also show that they're virtually all descendants of illegal immigrants who arrived within the past century.
