⛔ ఒక్క రోజులో 50,000 మందిని పొట్టన పెట్టుకున్న హైదరాబాద్ వరదలు ⛔

ఇప్పుడు దేశంలోనే అత్యంత ఆధునిక మరియు ప్రతిష్టాత్మక నగరంగా వెలుగొందుతున్న హైదరాబాద్. ఒకప్పుడు ఘోరమైన వరదలకు నిలయం.. ఇప్పుడు కూడా వర్షాలు వచ్చినపుడు లోతట్టు ప్రాంతాలు జలమయం కావడం అనేది మామూలు విషయమే

1908 సెప్టెంబర్ 28న మూసీ నది హైదరాబాద్ లో భీభత్సం సృష్టించింది. ఈ వరదలు లో 50,000 మంది మరణాలకు కారణం అయ్యాయి.. అప్పట్లోనే 20 కోట్ల ఆస్తి నష్టానికి జరిగింది. చార్మినార్ దగ్గరకు మూసీ నది వచ్చింది. హైదరాబాద్ మొత్తం బురదలో శవాలతో ఒక నరకకూపంగా మారిపోయింది.

ఈ వరదల దెబ్బకు వణికిపోయిన అప్పటి నిజాం నవాబు. మహబూబ్ అలీ ఖాన్ హిందూ సాంప్రదాయాలను స్వీకరించి, జంధ్యం, దోతీ ధరించి, మూసి నదికి శాంతి పూజలు చేశాడంటే.. పరిస్థితి తీవ్రత ఊహించుకోవచ్చు.

హైదరాబాద్ వరదల చరిత్రతో పోల్చుకుంటే.. అమరావతి జజూబి. అమరావతిలో గత 4,5 సంవత్సరాలుగా కొండవీటి వాగు పొంగడం తప్ప,, ఘోరమైన వరదలు వచ్చిన దాఖలాలు లేదు.. ఇంకా చెప్పాలి అంటే.. విజయవాడలోనే బుడమేరు వరదలు కోట్లలో ఆస్తి నష్టం కలిగించాయి.

👉👉 ఇప్పుడు. అమరావతిలో వర్షాలకు నీళ్లు నిలుస్తున్నాయి కాబట్టి.. రాజధానిగా వద్దు.. అని ఆంధ్రాలో వైసీపీ దద్దమ్మలు అడ్డుపడినట్టు.. అప్పుడు కూడా ఎవరైనా హైదరాబాద్ ను అడ్డుకుని ఉండి ఉంటే.. హైదరాబాద్ అనే ఒక కలల నగరం తయారు అయ్యుండేది కాదు.

✳️ అమరావతి - Anti Flooding System ✳️

ఇప్పుడు వరదలు. చాలవరకు సహజమైనవి కాదు. సరైన ప్రణాళికలు లేకుండా పట్టణాల విస్తరణ జరగడం వలన. వస్తున్న కృత్రిమ విపత్తులే.. వాగులు వంకలు చెరువులు అన్నీ మూసివేస్తూ అడ్డదిడ్డంగా నిర్మాణాలు చేయడం వలన హైదరాబాద్, బెంగళూరు, ముంబై, చెన్నై లాంటి నగరాలను వరదలు ముంచెత్తుతున్నాయి.

దీనికి తోడు. Proper Drain System లేకపోవడంతో. చిన్న వర్షాలకు కూడా నగరాలు జలమయం అవుతున్నాయి. భౌగోళిక మార్పుల వలన చివరికి ఎడారి దేశాలు అయిన దుబాయ్, సౌదీ అరేబియాలో కూడా వరదలు వస్తున్నాయి. ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా ఇప్పుడు అన్నీ నగరాలు. ఈ Anti -Flood System మీద దృష్టి పెట్టాయి.

✅✅ ఈ విషయాన్ని ముందుగానే గ్రహించిన చంద్రబాబు బాబు గారు. 2018 లోనే. వరద నిర్మూలనకు ముందుగానే తీసుకోవాల్సిన నివారణ చర్యల మీద ఒక సమగ్రమైన Environmental Impact Assessment చేయించారు.. దాని ప్రకారమే ఇప్పుడు అమరావతిలో రోడ్ల నిర్మాణం కూడా జరుగుతుంది.

👉👉 చంద్రబాబు గారు చేయించిన ఈ Assesment Report ను ప్రపంచ బ్యాంకు ప్రతిష్టాత్మకమైనదిగా గుర్తించింది. భవిష్యత్తులో నిర్మాణం చేసే నగరాలకు ఇది దిక్సూచి కాగలదు అని అమరావతి Anti-Flood System గురించి గొప్పగా చెప్పుకొచ్చింది.. మిగతా దేశాలు కూడా ఉపయోగించుకునేందుకు. తమ Digital Archives లో భద్రపరిచింది.

అమరావతి Anti -Flood System ప్రపంచానికి ఒక కొత్త standard set చేసింది. ప్రపంచంలోని రాబోయే భవిష్యత్తు నగరాలకు అమరావతి ఒక మోడల్ కాబోతుంది అని ప్రపంచ బ్యాంకు లాంటి సంస్థలు చెప్పాయి. ఈ స్ఫూర్తితోనే హైదరాబాద్ కూడా చెరువుల ఆక్రమణల తొలగింపుల మీద ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టింది.

అమరావతిలో మేము పెట్టుబడులు పెడతాము అని ఒకప్పుడు సింగపూర్, జపాన్ లాంటి సంస్థలు ముందుకు రావడానికి కూడా కారణం ఇదే. జగన్ రెడ్డి అనే భూతం వచ్చాక నీలినీడలు కమ్ముకున్నప్పటికీ. అది తాత్కాలికమే.

ప్రపంచం మొత్తం పొగుడుతున్న అమరావతి నిర్మాణ ప్రమాణాలను. 5 సంవత్సరాలలో. తన కోసం ప్యాలెస్లు, పార్టీ ఆఫీసులు, తన కార్యకర్తల కోసం డబ్బారేకుల గ్రామ సచివాలయాలు తప్ప. ప్రజల కోసం నాలుగు ఇటుకలు, అరబస్తా సిమెంటు వాడని జగన్ రెడ్డి.విమర్శలు చేయడం. అతని సంకుచిత బుద్ధికి నిదర్శనం.

Yesterday, I filed my first Form 141 (for property purchase - erstwhile Form 26QB), and it is evident that this is not merely a replacement of Form 26QB but a significant change in filing and reporting.

One of the most noticeable practical changes is that the number of buyers now determines the number of Form 141 to be filed, whereas earlier under Form 26QB, the number of sellers also resulted in separate forms.

Now, even if there are multiple sellers, all seller details can be reported in a single Form 141, and forms are required strictly buyer-wise.

The scope of property consideration continues to include various incidental components such as club membership fees, parking charges, electricity and water fees, maintenance and advance charges, and other incidental charges linked to the transfer.

This is insane.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio just gave one of the most explicitly pro-colonialist speeches I have seen in the 21st century.

The US empire wants Europe to help it recolonize the Global South.

Rubio praised Western colonialists for "settl[ing] new continents, build[ing] vast empires extending out across the globe".

Then Rubio complained about the Global South's decolonization, portraying it as a sinister communist plot.

Rubio lamented: "The great Western empires had entered into terminal decline, accelerated by godless communist revolutions and by anti-colonial uprisings that would transform the world and drape the red hammer and sickle across vast swaths of the map in the years to come".

Rubio delivered this speech at the Munich Security Conference, surrounded by European leaders, who gave him a standing ovation. They loved the pro-colonialist diatribe.

The US secretary of state insisted that North American and European imperialists should unite in order to reverse "the West’s managed decline", to revive "the West’s age of dominance", to "renew the greatest civilization in human history".

This is a blatant call by the US empire to resuscitate Western colonialism and recolonize the Global South (which represents the Global Majority).

What the US empire did to Gaza, Venezuela, and currently Cuba is what it wants to do to the entire Global South.

Why is the common man losing faith in India’s taxation & legal system ?

"If I win, I win.
If you win, we bring a retrospective amendment."

That increasingly seems to be the motto of the Department & Finance Ministry.

Budget 2026 introduces retrospective amendments on issues already pending before the Supreme Court:
JAO v. FAO
DIN validity
Limitation under S.144C/153 in DRP cases

When matters are sub-judice before the Apex Court, why rush to amend the law retrospectively?
Is the Executive doubting the Court’s competence to interpret statutes?

What is the purpose of tax jurisprudence if retrospective amendments are repeatedly used to nullify judicial rulings?

For professionals, it is becoming impossible to assure clients that disputes are ever truly settled.

Yes the Department may collect tax, professionals may earn fees…
But who ultimately suffers?
The assessee.

A law-abiding citizen fights the Department, succeeds in court, and then years later is told: "The law has been changed retrospectively and litigation begins again."

Renewed tax demands.
Fresh stress.
Endless costs.
Is this justice?
Uncertainty, irrational demands, account freezes, never-ending litigation, this is exactly why people are losing trust.

Why would a common man choose to do business in a country where tax certainty can be rewritten overnight?
