We get a lot of early-stage founders asking about the right time to hire a PR agency, particularly as they gear up to launch their beta product or service.
We don’t think it’s imperative for a newly-formed startup to hire a PR agency if they are still working on their MVP (minimum viable product). We instead recommend that they work on a communications strategy that will seem through the early stages of a product life cycle.
