India’s loans stand at 70 Lakh crores. Assuming a modest 10%, the interest comes to 7 lakh crores. That’s half of personal income tax collection. And if you add informal lending, I think moneylenders extract more from our households than government extracts in income tax. Wild
Gold and Silver are causing stress to many investors.
You have to be very clear in your thought process.
Why did you buy it? Is that thesis still ok?
Did you want to trade it? If yes then what were your entry and exit rules?
Was it basis asset allocation? If yes then your allocation probably has gone down and perhaps that allocation can be added to.
be clear in your approach

The rich become richer using debt only. They take debt to invest in appreciating assets
AND
The middle class is always taught to either stay away from debt or lured to use debt to buy depreciating assets. If they buy any appreciating assets they are told to pay off debts quickly!!
The rich know the more debt they take the less they have to pay in future eventually because MORE money is getting printed every second and the value of the printed paper is going down fast.
This is the real reason for most to remain where they are.

October was a tough month for Indian markets. The Nifty and Sensex, India’s main indices, fell about 6%. That might feel big because, since 2020, we’ve gotten used to a steady climb so even a small dip feels like a major shift.
To put it in perspective, the Nifty 50’s 6.2% drop in October was the largest since March 2020.
