#GilgitBaltistan was put under administrative areas of Pakistan Federation without including the consensus of people of Gilgit Baltistan. This secretive agreement of Pakistan State with its institutions made Gilgit an unconstitutional area.

Karachi Agreement :April 28, 1949 between leaders of Azad Kashmir and Government of Pakistan. Under this accord it was agreed that Pakistan would administer the region of Gilgit instead of the AJK government.
