I’ve been waiting far too long for a refund from the new Homebase (CDS Superstores) and no one is responding.
I’ve tried the live chat, emails — nothing. This is unacceptable.
Please resolve this immediately or I’ll escalate a dispute via my bank.

@BritishGasHelp the worst company ever over charging ppl for their home ate and they cannot commit to fixing issues caused by their inadequate engineers
@BritishGasHelp broken my cooker and it took 6 months to get resolved they then sent out dyno rod who damaged my bathroom. Guess what 5 months have passed and again not resolved! Now I have to wait in a queue on a phone for 20 mins
After 4 months of @BritishGasHelp engineer braking my toilet they sent someone out who cannot fix it. This is ridiculously silly now. Going to take this further. #crap#badserice. #dontcareaboutcustomers@
Feel really let down by @marksandspencer who delivered the wrong sofa yesterday which was also damaged and wet. They said they would contact me to find out where is went but I’ve seen a new order for another 3 months. No communication #badservice#noapoligy
@BritishGasHelp sending me a renewal letter knowing that their dyno rod engineer damaged my properly and they don’t have anyone to fix the problem… would you renew? 😂😂😂
@ring pls help cannot log into my account since I have upgrade mobile phone. It’s not sending email when I press forget password but allowing me to set up anew account with the same email?
