This is exactly the problem: "Ottawa still lacks any kind of strategy to manage the booming growth of online retail"

This non-strategy is random, piecemeal and playing catch-up, making a mess of communities and a mockery of zoning and the Official Plan.

Another day, another step towards entrenching car-dependent design in Ottawa.

For a city that touts a transition towards walkable, 15-minute neighbourhoods, Ottawa still lacks any kind of strategy to manage the booming growth of online retail.
