@yezensammaraiee As someone ( a consultant who actually became a fellow very early in life the UK) who recently left the NHs to come and work in Australia. I have colleagues 3 years younger than me on the same experience ( pay) level. 5 year Medschool, 7-8 years of training for ED total.
