@LidlGB Tried to return a 3 wk old faulty item in store & was refused without receipt - This is against Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states that shops have a duty to refund faulty merch. Item clearly did not work & was Parkside brand only sold in Lidl! 😡

@BRITAPRO the small white ‘plug’ came out of my water bottle lid when washing & now my bottle leaks. Currently using blue tac to lessen the prob but still pretty bad. And prevents suction when drinking..Do you have any spare plugs laying around?? #designfault
