i have to treat my body better, not to attract a lover or an audience, but because my body is a conduit for the entire life experience. this body is a container for all possible consciousness. it is my job to live a life that this enhanced vessel can sustain with ease and joy .
few years ago i read a quote that said “the faster that you do the hard things you want to avoid, the faster you will receive the good things you actually want.” and that changed my perspective ever since.
Some of y’all are healing 24/7 like it’s a damn job. Friend…GO OUTSIDE. Dance, laugh, kiss somebody. Experience LIFE. Healing is the bridge to living fully, not an excuse to sit in self-improvement purgatory forever.
