@itvMLshow after last nights programme I contacted @OctopusEnergy and now on their fixed 12m tariff and still paying monthly variable dd. Customer service very helpful and sorted it out for us.
@MartinSLewis If we changed to a fix price energy plan could we still pay by variable dd for just what we use in a month as we do now. Or do we have to pay a set rate dd?

@LL2013A@Suzanne39118650@TalkTalk@Ofcom We've been trying to get our Internet back after nearly a month. 3 fibre engineers, 2 visits from TT engineer, 4 routers tried, fibre box changed, many hours spent on phone, chats etc.. Good luck.
@coventrycc@MartinSLewis finally after 4 months I've received a statement of how much rebate I'm owed on council tax. How much longer do I have to wait before I actually receive my money or before I consider sending the bailiffs round?

@TalkTalk@Ofcom My husband is already in contact with your complaints dept so a dm would not be any more use. All we need is a button pressing but you say you need a code and the guy with the code is unavailable.
