There are very stupid illiterate people who make seemingly witty, funny posts, because they spend all day scrolling, and have absorbed the zeitgeist and current memes, and there are very intelligent people who make boring posts because they spend very little time here at all.
big believer that you have to work stupid first to work smart later.
in the beginning of anything new, you're naturally inefficient. and that's okay. if you're working on something that matters and will continue to matter long-term, you should "waste" a bunch of time trying and falling with it long before you delegate.
doesn't matter if you can afford hired muscle; the good operator knows the intricacies of his business. he's not just good at delegating.
some would interpret this as being the reason it's more important to work hard rather than smart in the beginning stages of a business/ project, but that's also not true.
as efficiency scales up, your volume should not scale down. you double down on new things. same process all over again. spend a stupid amount of time learning by trial and error, get to a point of intuitive understanding (wisdom, not knowledge), put someone else in place, oversee, refine, rinse and repeat.
you win big by combining hard and smart work. thinking you'll get top 1% results by "working smart" is a pipe dream tim ferriss sold you in a $20 book.
the smart worker simply has no chance against the smart worker who also works hard. there's a spectrum.
and there's no vacation if you want this life. only excuses.
@doom_captain@sailaunderscore i think true femcels are in such a state of denial or shame abt that very few would moan abt it on internet.
beauty is an essential female trait, so ugliness is equivalent to being antisocial failure as a 40 yo guy.
the male rags-to-riches story is the female glow up story
@LFauexProd Sometimes people still think it might be irony and you live in a fun inbetween space of having spoken the absolute truth but it being considered a masterful joke.
Ten hours produces a painting, ten thousand hours produces a painter. There is more beauty in a painter than in their paintings. In a world where AI can produce paintings, we must still produce painters.
@SVVVAYED@desyncposition he would sound like a 13 year old who watched youtube summaries of The Stranger and Nietzsche and messily applied it to arguing on politics twitter
