Adapt or Die: Systemic issues in College Sports demand fundamental restructuring, @AndyStaples & @ShannonTerry write✍️
1. Fix the college football calendar.
2. Instead of a “Commissioner” that has less than no power, build a plan to negotiate and work with the NFL – an official partnership
3. Keep Congress out – at least for now.
4. Don't dilute the regular season — 24 teams in playoff could do serious damage to the regular season.
5. And finally, stop complaining about athletes being paid or wishing things would “go back to the old days.”

Who is this guy?
This should be a fun series regardless of your opinion on “Star Power” - btw don’t look up what accolades the rosters have if you don’t want star power…
"I'm not that excited for these NBA Finals. ... I like superstars in the NBA Finals and we don't really have that... I'm gonna bash Adam Silver here...you're the reason we've got this."

@davidfholt@OKCTalk Bet! I thought I had read somewhere that it would become parking. Didn’t expect a reply, so I appreciate it! Excited for the future of OKC!
@davidfholt looking at @OKCTalk post today & didn’t know about the potential commuter rail which is huge.
Instead of parking on the site of the current Paycom Center - have we considered an Oklahoma Live! Similar to what’s in DFW/KC? Would be sick. Let’s bring THAT business here
