If you know me well enough, you’d know that August is when I feel at my lowest as it brings back so much trauma and ptsd from the last 3 years. So how do I deal with that? By watching every single race in the 2007 F1 season apparently✌🏻

No joke the only way to deal with it for me is to get distracted by something, but not many things can get me distracted. I had to watch B99 4 times in 2020 because it was the only thing I could get into.
