The only way for officials to stay out of the way is to call the obvious ones 100% of the time - when they arenโt doing that, theyโre by default โmanaging the gameโ.
The trip was egregious, the too many men was egregious, and both teams would rather see them called.
Whoaโฆ that may be the most egregious call let go this overtime period. Touches puck right by bench with 6 players on ice!!
This is what happens when you decide to call nothing
@TurboHaus The takeout counter at Chalet BBQ is still selling the family pack of 4 meals for like 39$.

Voter ID is a no-brainer. And it would be a no-brainer regardless of the prevalence of voter fraud.
The idea that we must first demonstrate significant voter fraud before passing common sense laws to prevent it is absurd.
If significant voter fraud is happening, voter ID laws will end the fraud. If significant voter fraud isn't happening, voter ID laws will prevent it from happening in the future.
There is no good argument against voter ID laws unless one intends to cheat.
This is a copy of the 1986 memo from Ford Motor Company design engineer; James Moylan, to his boss, proposing that the fuel gauge indicator include a symbol noting on which side of the vehicle the fuel filler door is located.
Mr. Moylan passed away in December of 2025 at the age of 80.
@reporterchris I think fans are confused not by how it compares to NHL / IIHF rinks, but why itโs not the traditional Olympic width.
They played on 60x30m for years, including the last several times the NHL was at the Olympics. The width is the real loss.
