A moment of truth - when Americans confront the reality that the Democrat party has embraced those who carried out 9/11. They are finding out they cannot have it both ways - because actions like this speak for themselves.
This is Lone Horn as pictured at the 1868 Fort Laramie Treaty signing. The photograph has been colorized.
His father was Black Buffalo, and his older brother was One Horn. He had a younger brother named Hump, as well as three younger sisters: Good Looking Woman, Rattling Blanket Woman, and Looks At It (whose name was later changed to They Are Afraid of Her).
The reason for the name change is that after they lost their child, her husband tried to take her to a new village away from her family. She physically fought him and won—hence the name They Are Afraid of Her.
Rattling Blanket Woman was the mother of Crazy Horse. She hanged herself when Crazy Horse was four years old. His aunt Good Looking Woman raised him, with help from They Are Afraid of Her.
Crazy Horse later named his only daughter after his aunt They Are Afraid of Her because he admired her independence and wanted his daughter to have the same trait.
Here’s our message from the American people:
If the Senate votes to take a 37-day vacation — without passing the SAVE America Act —
we are more than happy to give you a permanent vacation from the Senate.
Peacefully.
🚨 JUST IN: Sen. ASHLEY MOODY (R-FL) just became the 4TH SENATOR supporting canceling August recess until the SAVE America Act passes, her office just told us
KEEP PUSHING! 🔥
MOODY: “The Senate needs to stay in session until we can get the SAVE America Act to the floor and passed.” 👏🏻
✅ Mike Lee (UT)
✅ Rick Scott (FL)
✅ Jim Banks (IN)
✅ Ashley Moody (FL)
“I didn’t come to the United States Senate because I needed something to do. I’m serving because there are things we need to get done for the American People.”
Great, I hope this means Moody will also vote NAY to recess on the floor!
Secure elections are NOT NEGOTIABLE. @RightLineNews
Zitkana Sapa, known in English as Black Bird, was a seasoned Dakota warrior and one of the last holdouts among his people. He was finally captured in 1885, along with the Sisseton chief White Cap, who was regarded as hostile by authorities.
This occurred four years after the last major surrender of the Sioux in the United States in 1881, and twenty-three years after the Dakota Uprising in Minnesota.
By the time of this final conflict, Black Bird had already endured two decades of intense warfare.
For him and his people, the period amounted to an apocalypse, and they were among the last to submit.
Black Bird and at least sixteen other Dakota and Lakota took part in this final episode of Indigenous resistance in Canada, known as the Riel Rebellion (also called the North-West Rebellion).
Another notable participant was George Littleghost, who later returned south to Fort Totten. As a child of about eight, he had been present at the Battle of the Little Bighorn, which offers a clue to the possible earlier movements of some of these Dakota.
This is honestly one of the best things Hegseth has done. For Native Americans, this will be a really big deal.
This will have a similar effect on morale that bringing back the wearing of the kilt for Scottish soldiers had.
Senators who support cancelling recess & remaining in DC until the SAVE America Act is passed:
✅ Senator Mike Lee
✅ Senator Rick Scott
✅ Senator Jim Banks
✅ Senator Ashley Moody

Sixty-one years ago today, Bob Dylan performed his famous and controversial electric set at the Newport Folk Festival.
Dylan opened with a blistering version of “Maggie’s Farm,” featuring Michael Bloomfield on guitar.
It's insulting to 3rd World countries to call LA 3rd World. Open-air drug use at a park where people should be able to take their kids. For the life of me, I will never understand how civilized people tolerate this bullshit in their city.
