Even after the takeover by the @SurakshaGroup_ construction progress remains stalled. Instead of fulfilling their obligations, the group appears to be diverting funds and prioritizing their own interests—imposing compound interest on buyers, charging exorbitant transfer fees, withholding crucial information, and more. The list of grievances continues to grow.

What’s most alarming is the complete absence of a strong, statutory monitoring mechanism to ensure proper implementation of the resolution plan. Without accountability, the situation for homebuyers is only deteriorating.

@Sanjeev98857960 is rightly saying that the approved clauses of resolution plan like 17.15 and 27.9 along with 22.3 and definition of the approval date are sacrosanct. So the construction shud continue as per the approved resolution plan of @SurakshaGroup_
