Ok, this is big for me:

My findings after 6+ months of building and using an AI Practice Partner to help me with my Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Would appreciate any feedback on this.
🧵A few comments on how & why I wrote this:
You will come away with a new relationship with your Enneagram number, an embodied recognition of its energy, and at least one practice for moving through conditioned reactivity into open responsiveness. If this sounds like it may be helpful for you, send me a message! 5/5
The "passions" form the emotional core of the Enneagram. But what is a passion?
The word goes back to Christian theology: the Passion of Christ on the cross, but also the ordinary suffering of everyone else, caught in reactivity and confusion.

If this resonates with you, I'm running a small number of 1:1 Enneagram Coaching sessions. These are designed to help you get to the heart of the core patterns that are holding you back from freedom and clarity. 4/x
The web app is the result of a weekend with Claude Code. I'm excited about the prospect of more pop-up communities and would be delighted to have you check this one out.

🔜 Evagrius: a pop-up community of practitioners engaged in the discernment of spirits. It’s like Twitter, but for observing the eight tempting thoughts!
Evagrius will run for the duration of Lent and then close.
Sharing a link at the bottom of this thread for those interested!
I’ll write more soon, but I’ve been following Evagrius’s instructions for observing the tempting “demonic” thoughts, and the practice has felt relevant and surprisingly beautiful.
My hope is that this is a playful yet instructive way to engage with this 1600-year-old material!
Have been playing with layouts for a gallery wall and thought this would be a good opportunity to give Claude Code a spin. Whipped this up while simultaneously making dinner, found it super helpful, very impressed!
as Ken shares in his newsletter, there are several new series that were previously unavailable.
As someone who has been working through Ken's teachings for 10 years, I feel like I've just scratched the surface. So it's hard to know how much goodness is waiting in these resources
Hey meditators: I'm thrilled to report that Ken McLeod's website https://t.co/WLtSvgIZnC has been updated thanks to the mighty efforts of a small volunteer team. Existing resources have new transcriptions, better audio, nicer readability, etc. And better yet...
I'm running a 4-week, small group workshop starting September 17 called Standing in the Storm. This will use a potent blend of teachings from the Enneagram and the Tibetan Buddhist traditions to help us recognize and cut through our core patterns.

@nopranablem thanks for this Pranab!
I've really enjoyed getting to know the Nine better doing these translations – glad to hear they're sparking recognition for you
@helloitsolly@TalMahaj@chriswaterguy one way to look for coaches is through the lens of performance vs transformation. happy to chat more, have good recs in both categories.
