when the stock overclock is 333mhz, and that was it for most of psp lifetime

@OutofGalaxyy the problem is that if a person is still on ios 18 or lower, it either means they're broke to buy a phone that supports it(which means at best an iphone X), or you care too much about jailbreak(like me, my 11 pro can update even to ios 27, but i keep it on ios 16.6)

i finally played it a few months ago(before i only played in childhood and obv only did shootouts at the hospital)
and on a budget(by modern standarts) pc it ran max settings, crowd and similar stuff at 25%... in about 40-50fps.
with fusionfix.
