After 16 years in London, I’ve moved back to the city I’ve always called home: Bangalore.
More excited than ever to build from India, for the world.
Would love to connect with folks building in AI, software or hardware.
@lets_dig_deeper Because you need to do a lot of work to take that data and transform it into something the AI labs will use.
I do think there are marketplaces like you suggest, they look very different to upwrok
AI should work in the background to help us solve the most important problems.
To illustrate the impact of this for cities, I've been building an agent that provides a pulse of civic issues in Bangalore by ward using citizen reported data on X.
Will release soon!
@saybwala@ChanakyaShah Have a friend who refuses to do it because fraud is so high. Sounds like a general problem.
I actually hate it as a customer too. The only time I've used it is when Instamart defaults to it when a payment fails
@pk_iv@jeffreyhuber This is an excellent question because it's an AI capability that looks very different to the actual user imo.
For a user, it means the agent just does the task you want it to, remembering whatever it needs to.
Memory shows up in the quality of the output or response
@denk_tweets Agree, we do not open linear anymore either. Just do everything via our agent on slack.
Will you let customers publish from Claude / IDE / some other agent?
@petergyang Hmm I actually see Figma as an enterprise company doing 1 thing that’s trying to do many things (because of AI). Feels like companies like salesforce are safer? Like maybe distance from software engineering + system of record is a better rubric
@arushimalviyaa Are you using anything that works in the background for you? For example, surfaces leads every day or tracks all the todo's for a client?

@vaibhavbetter Problematic but for different reasons. The problems you point out exist everywhere imo.
In India, I see a couple of specific problems: a) providers like stripe will fail, b) paying foreign entities is painful (and these payments can be big), c) paying in $$ vs INR
