@JordanBeane_SD I agree, but we need to be conscious of the economics of it. if we build a bunch of low priced houses, and the demand is high, those prices will just skyrocket as well. To be honest, you probably need MORE people to move out to lessen the housing demand and drive down the prices.

@JordanBeane_SD Slippery slope with the "build more houses" idea. Supply and demand always right-sizes prices and would do that to any houses that were built.
