#Whales
Last year, Norway slaughtered 580 whales; many were pregnant.
Now, they are increasing whale kill numbers and have removed onboard whale welfare monitors.
They are worried about bad publicity, so let's give it to them.

If you made $53,000 a day or $20 million per year since Jesus was born you would still not make the profit Shell made in 2022.
It’s time for Shell to Stop Drilling and Start Paying for the climate damage they’ve caused.

@DrTOMontgomery That's just terrible. Growing up children are often encouraged to learn to share but when it comes to nature we are taught just to take and then take some more without giving anything in return, and the taking turns into exploiting and noone bats an eyelid 😞
#Fish#Oceans
On our current track, there will be more plastic than fish in the ocean by 2050
If you had my job, and saw the misery & death caused by the fishing industry everyday, plus the contaminants in marine species, you'd never eat seafood again.

The heatwave in Spain has brought temps in Cordoba to 38.7C, shattering April records by 5 degrees. This amid ongoing drought, with El Niño on the horizon. We are headed into uncharted territory and our so-called leaders have no serious plan.
@HGVWolfie@Veganella_ Is that so? Do your animal instincts take over when you see an attractive stranger on the street? We are animals but way more evolved. We employ critical thinking on all matters and have a responsibility to challenge status quo, instead of perpetuating ancestral ways of living.
