100%. Take product feedback wherever you can get it @discord, especially when it comes out of a support request with a helpful customer. Putting friction into the feedback loop seems, in a word, shortsighted.
@discord Ironically - take feedback from every source. I remember I had some issue a while back. Submitted ticket. Helped fix it. And I gave a suggestion in the natural discourse. I was told to make a forum post and hope it gets voted up... Nah but thanks. Improvement can happen anywhere.
It’s going down tomorrow @TheFive07 as we celebrate 8 (!) years in business. Incredible accomplishment/milestone for Sean+Amber, who founded the company in 2018 when they were both in their early 20s. Epic local success story. Stop by either location and join in the fun.
@engineering_bae Wait till your boss tells you which door you are allowed to use to enter/exit the building so they can watch you come and go, because “we trust and respect you”.

@rogerrocket480@PamelaChelin Seriously, what a fantastic effort from everyone in Toronto! The entirety of the season was such a great story! From low in the standings in 2024 to a World Series run in 2025, just awesome.
@sakacc@BlueJays@Dodgers An amazing season for the @BlueJays! They were a threat the entire time and by any measure a better overall consistent performance. That’s the triumph and heartbreak that is baseball; it can end with one pitch, one hit. See you next season, Spring Training is around the corner!
