Mr. @karunasagarllb I live in the same locality. Do not throw communal colour to the concern raised. The concern @AlluSirish raised over are after 12AM. Also, as a practising advocate did you forget loud noise after 10PM is banned by Hon’ble HC?
Mr. Allu Sirish, you have heard loudspeakers from mosques broadcasting the five daily calls to prayer with ear piercing sound throughout your life. Did you ever tweet against them or file a complaint about noise pollution? If not, why this selective outrage against Hindu rituals only? The same law and the same standards must apply to everyone.
@AlluSirish
Apparently, one judge owns 40 acres of land in Shamshabad. Another judge owns 5 acres of prime land in Kondapur and another judge owns huge land parcel in Warangal. This was unearthed while realtors knocked TG HC doors resulting in contempt. But of course judiciary falls under no radar!
Democracy can stand only when people have complete confidence in constitutional institutions such as the Election Commission. National media reports that two Election Commissioners raised objections on several occasions to decisions, electoral rolls and the management of ECINet have led to serious questions and doubts among the public.
Rather than an exchange of allegations, the public needs clarity on what objections were recorded, what action was taken on them, and how transparently the system functioned, be it for adding, deleting or restoring names on electoral rolls. Steps are needed to give people confidence on these matters.
Ultimately, we must strengthen public trust in the electoral process, protect every citizen’s right to vote, and strengthen the systems that allow people to exercise that right without fear.
In a democracy, transparency should not only prevail but should also appear to have prevailed. The very bill (Chief Election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Term of Office) Act, 2023 ) which had our support then, should be revisited now in the current background. The Central government (Ruling Party) should come forward, set the normal in place dispelling this fear. An amendment to the bill be brought forward where the election commissioner is appointed by the three member committee which has Leader of Opposition (LoP), Chief Justice of India (CJI) and the Prime Minister as members once again. Student appointing the examiner is always prone to allegations even though the examiner is thoroughly honest and it is always better replacing the process with someone neutral. This move would definitely regain the esteem and the confidence in the Election Commission
This is especially important because, during the SIR process in Andhra Pradesh, the party in power misused its authority. On many occasions, our appeals went unheard. In the local body election process too, our objections as an Opposition party to the manner in which divisions were redrawn were brushed aside. Such actions undoubtedly weaken public confidence in the electoral process. Transparency and accountability are the true measures of how any institution functions in a democracy, and safeguarding them is that institution’s primary duty.

No cab. Heavy barricading. A pregnant woman stranded amid the Ganesh immersion rush.
Hussaini Alam Police turned their patrol vehicle into a helping hand, taking her safely to Asra Hospital.
Kudos to Inspector Dasru Nayak and Constable Rajitha! Both deserve reward. @TelanganaDGP@CVAnandIPS@SajjanarVC_IPS@CPHydCity@hydcitypolice

CEC Gyanesh Kumar had asked @RahulGandhi to either apologize or file an affidavit with proof of #VoteChori allegations. He had set a deadline of 7 days. "There is no third option," he said.
I now ask the CEC to either resign or file an affidavit with the Supreme Court proving that the @IndianExpress report is false.
There is no third option.

I feel truly sorry for him and his family, and I strongly condemn these actions by the @TelanganaCOPs.
But let’s not pretend this is new. Krishank and his social media team did the exact same thing! they misused the Police machinery to harass anyone who questioned their Govt government back then. 👇
https://t.co/ViDE0uz45D
They sent a puppet Inspector Narsimha to target me & registered false cases against me for simply questioning @KTRBRS, trolled me relentlessly on X, and repeatedly got local Corporater & community leaders to call and pressure me to stop posting against BRS’s failed regime.
They even sent police patrolling teams after my business and threatened Swiggy and Zomato delivery vehicles so they wouldn’t pick up from my cloud kitchen.
I let it go then, but as the saying goes.
You reap what you sow.
I hope he learns how it is to feels to be harassed by the Police.. or maybe he wants such things to happen for political mileage.
