Telling me they don't have a way to correct my status and that I have to accept all orders among other things that made no sense! This is so wrong

@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help I feel like I am being unfairly rated and customer service is playing me for a fool. I was at platinum status. Then 10 minutes later I'm at gold status. Customer service says there's nothing they can do about it because its generated through the app.

Telling me I didn't accept or I rejected too many orders but my acceptance rate is above what the guidelines say! I'm at 74% in Detroit Michigan its required to be at or above 70% make it make sense. Nobody is explaining nothing to me telling me there is nothing to be done

@Uber_Support I canceled Uber one. I never reactivated the Uber one. So why is it still trying to charge me when I canceled it! If I go to it in my app its as if I'm not signed up for it because it asks me to join. Just got alerts that it tried to steal 9.99 again
