Harold was rescued from euthanasia in a British council pound.
Harold is a dinky little terrier who’s only around 5 years old. Sadly, he was left on a site in a caravan when the people moved out. When he was picked up he was covered in fleas and ticks. It became obvious he has one eye missing and awfully docked tail!💔
Despite all this is he a little gentleman who hasn’t put a paw out of place since arriving. He did his seven days in the pound and came very close to being put to sleep as no one came for him. Thankfully we had a foster home free for him!
Harold has been a true gentlemen since arriving in our care. He has happily done everything we have asked of him. He is housetrained and sleeps through the night too.
This dinky lad is great with people and other dogs. Plus he’s good on lead too, he isn’t worried by traffic and travels well in the car!
At the vets he was a super star and allowed a full examination to take place, he is more than happy to be handled. He has passed a health check, started his vaccinations, been flead and wormed.
He’s booked in to be microchipped, neutered and at the same time they going to clean out the eye socket where his eye is missing and get that better for him. Thankfully not a big job and he copes perfectly well with one eye.
Harold is a quiet lad who loves the garden and all the sniffs. He is going to be someone’s best friend.
We feel he could live with or without another neutered dog, he could live with dog savvy children or in active retired home environment. As long as he is loved and gets his walks, he’s a happy lad.

Just 13 hours before her death, the artist shared her work in memory of 19-year-old Sha’ban Al-Dalou, who was burned to death by Israel in a hospital yard, with the note: “Tell me what you’re feeling when you see anybody burning….”

On August 28, the young artist had an interview with Moroccan doctor Hassan El-Halkhalk, thanking him for his volunteer work in Gaza and gifting him a portrait she had prepared for him.
