I stopped by Allan Gardens Food Bank in #TorontoCentre — an entirely volunteer-led program that prioritizes community and capacity building.

I got to help pack and distribute meals, catch up with the team and most importantly hear from residents.

Celebrations include: exchanging of gifts, sharing a meal with loved ones, and setting a Nowruz table with items that symbolize happiness, abundance and prosperity.
