@brianschatz Let’s see. Social Security isn’t being cut??The age to collect full benefits is being increased. The amount you’ll get doesn’t reflect the value of the income at the time it was earned. Up to 85% of the benefit may be re-taxed. Student loan vendors can garnish your benefit. CUT!

@brianschatz But you’re taxing 85% of my hard-earned Social Security because my husband has a pension, when I already paid tax on that money when I was in the workforce. You may not be cutting, but you’re double-taxing people who can’t make up the financial difference.
