Do You Know That The Number Of Military Checkpoints In The South East Alone Is More Than The South West And North Combined? I’m Sure Some Of You Know This Already While Others Are Even Ignorant Of This Fact. It’s Sad That We Have Continued To Ignore This Issue And Have Accepted It As a Norm. This Has Resulted To So Many Armed Confrontations And Outrage In The South East. Yet, Nothing Has Changed, Instead It’s Getting Worse And Worse.

The North Where You Have Boko Haram, ISWAP, ISIS And Armed Fulani Terrorists/Bandits Don’t Even Have The Number Of Military And Police Checkpoints The South East Has. The Most Annoying Part Is That These Military Checkpoints Mandate Any Vehicle Approaching Their Checkpoints To Drop Every Passenger They’re Carrying And Making Them Walk On Foot Under The Scorching Sun Before Crossing Their Checkpoints.

Let’s Talk a Bit About The Police Checkpoints? Those One’s Will Finish You With Taxation And They’re Ready To Kill You If Refuse To Give Them Money. They Even Go About Harassing Young Igbo Youths Demanding Money From Them And Even Kidnapping Them For Forceful Extortion. Some Of These Policemen Even Demand Payment In Bitcoin And USDT/Cryptocurrency. What About The EFCC? They’re Now On a Rampage In The South East.

Igbo Land Is Treated As a Conquered Region. Worst Of All, Igbo Politicians, Governors, Leaders And Elites Have Continued To Do Nothing About This Situation. Igbo Men With Influence Like Arthur Eze And Co, What Have They Done With Their Power To Stop All These Injustice Happening In Alaigbo? In fact, Some Of Them Don’t Even See This As a Problem. And This Is Why The Agitation In The South East Will Never Stop!!!
