Today, we remember & honor the lives we lost, the sacrifices made by first responders, and our nation’s resilience on that horrific morning of 9-11-01. We remember the families left behind, and those who have succumbed to related injuries & illnesses over the last 22 years. #343

Our members are on the ground in Turkey & Syria. VA Task Force 1, the LAFD USAR Team, & the Burnaby USAR Team have all been deployed and include members from Fairfax County L2068, @local1014, @IAFF323, & White Rock L2407.

Today, NW Fire Velo's Kevin M joined friends from Fire Velo, Marv W, Jim L, Buck B, and Jim B to ride in the 25th @TourdePalmSprings honoring military, first responders & veterans. This was a mini reunion-all of these firefighters rode in the 2021 Ride for America LA to NY.
