Skills are everywhere. Verified capability intelligence is not. We're building the skill passport for India's workforce. AI-native. Bharat-first. Seed stage.
India’s 500mn + blue-collar and grey-collar workforce has no portable, verifiable skill and employment record costing employers billions in bad hires and workers access to formal-sector opportunity. While training happens under one scheme, employment happens under another, and neither talks to the other
Skill Pramaan ( https://t.co/vV0NWUyPkP) is India’s verification and portability layer for blue-collar and grey-collar skills - connecting training, credentialing, and employment records that currently sit in disconnected state and scheme silos into one worker-owned, employer-trusted passport.

Fewer than 5% of India’s workforce has formal vocational training. But behind that number lies a deeper systemic blindness: a system that counts credentials, but never counts jobs.
The data tells a clear story: Over ₹12,000 Cr spent under PMKVY alone - yet official metric tracking routinely stops at "candidates certified." Actual employment outcomes remain completely invisible. • Meanwhile, over 53% of our technically certified youth are underemployed in roles far below their qualifications.
We don't just have a skilling deficit; we have a signal deficit.
We are building #SkillPramaan (powered by the #MySiGiL framework) to serve as India's first real-time workforce outcome intelligence system. By tracking live employer verification events rather than static PDFs, we are shifting the paradigm from counting training hours to measuring true economic mobility.

What if Ramesh Kumar, Industrial Electrician, Jharkhand, had a verified skill passport an employer could trust in under 10 second?
Not a paper certificate. Not a fragmented database entry. A sovereign professional identity. Something he could call his own and can access from anywhere.
#MeraPramaan - a verified skill passport for every Indian worker.
Coming soon. 🇮🇳

Your professional identity is as significant as your personal one, yet it often gets lost in translation.
We are frequently forced into narrow boxes - defined solely by a specific job description or a client’s immediate project needs. This "half-glass" view reduces a rich, multifaceted history of experience into a static list of past roles.
It is time to stop treating your #skills as static storage and start viewing them as a system of intelligence - one that reveals insights the naked eye cannot see.
We built #MySiGiL because we believe your professional identity should work harder than your last designation.
By creating a blockchain-enabled, dynamic identity of your true capabilities, we ensure you are no longer defined by a resume, but by the sum of what you have done and what you are capable of. And present it as a living, verified record of your capabilities - built by you, owned by you, portable across every transition, promotion, and pivot. One that doesn't disappear when HR shuts down your access on the day you leave.
Independent of any HR systems or third-party tools, your career history remains yours to steer, own, and evolve, no matter where life takes you. Because the worst time to lose your professional identity is the exact moment you need it most.
Treat your skills as #Skillintelligence. Not skill storage.

Satya Nadella is bang on when he calls it human capital - the judgment, expertise, and pattern recognition that drives the firm’s AI learning loop.
But, here’s the infrastructure problem nobody is solving - That human capital lives in people. Not systems. Not org charts. So when a person moves, the capital moves. Or disappears entirely.
Firms are building token capital that compounds. The unfortunate part is that an employees or workers skill capital has no equivalent record, no portability, no proof. A #SkillPassport isn’t an HR product. It’s the missing half of the cognitive loop Satya is describing. We’re building it. →https://t.co/Z62IsW8zqn

MySiGiL is our verified Skill Passport.
The capability data layer that hiring,
learning, and performance tools
can finally plug into. Pilots live. Seed round open.
If you're building at the intersection of
AI, workforce, and India's GCC economy —
I want to talk.

LinkedIn shows you claimed skills.
Your ATS shows keyword matches.
Your LMS shows course completions.
None of it tells you what someone
can actually do.
The break is already happening. Companies are realising resumes tell you what someone wants you to think. Not what they can do. The infrastructure for verified skill proof is built right now.
Yesterday I asked what word lives in the gap between certificates and capability.
Is it credential inflation? Skills gap? Broken hiring? We call it a verification crisis.
And we’re building the infrastructure to fix it with MySiGiL- India’s portable Skill Passport. Learn more - https://t.co/Z62IsW8zqn
Your degree proves you attended. Your certificate proves you completed. Neither proves you can do the job. There’s a word for that gap. India has 600 million workers living inside it.
Well said sir! Just like UPI revolutionized finance by building a foundation for trust and safety, we need a digital infrastructure for skill verification. The problem isn't a lack of talent- the skills already exist. We simply lack the infrastructure to capture, verify, and make those skills portable. Solving this will instantly turn our perceived talent scarcity into a surplus.
