@himantabiswa Sir, it is unfortunate that we need to plead every month for our salary being MOs. Our salary was delayed for a month before Puja, and we were told it is to make further salaries seamless. However, we are left in the same ordeal this month again with no clarity. Kindly help.
@himantabiswa It’s disheartening that irregular salary payments have become a recurring issue for NHM 1 year contractual doctors.Despite serving diligently,we are facing delays in receiving our modest remuneration of ₹38,500.We sincerely hope the authorities ensure timely and regular payment.
@himantabiswa Sir, we 1-year CRP doctors under NHM have still not received our salaries. Every month we wait in anxiety—some of us can’t pay rent, food, or travel costs. We serve tirelessly in peripheries, yet face this neglect. Please hear us, sir. We’re struggling. @himantabiswa
@himantabiswa Sir it has become a pattern that MOs under 1year CRP are being paid late. We need to appear for exams sir, for which form fillup is also costly. We also have other expenses. From the last few months we are being paid late. Doing duty and still not getting paid in the first week.
@himantabiswa In such a beautiful state with such good leaders, doctors and other health care professionals always begging for their salary doesn't look good sir. You are our hope 🙏🏻. Kindly take prompt action sir.
@himantabiswa Sir, we 1-year CRP doctors under NHM are in deep distress. We’ve been serving tirelessly in peripheries without receiving our salaries. Every delay breaks our morale—some can’t afford rent, food, or even travel to work. Please address our plight, sir.

@himantabiswa Sir, while it may look like all NHM staff are on strike, we 1-year CRP doctors have been doing our duties sincerely, yet we’re the ones suffering. Why are we being punished for someone else’s protest? Despite getting only ₹38k, we’ve stayed loyal to our work. @himantabiswa
@himantabiswa Sir please look into the matter regarding salary payment of 1year CRP doctors. We are serving the people sincerely and so we too expect our salary payment to be regular and without delay. @himantabiswa
@himantabiswa Sir, we 1-year CRP doctors under NHM are serving in remote peripheral areas with minimal facilities and poor conditions—yet our salaries remain unpaid. Many of us can’t afford rent, food, or even travel to duty. Please don’t let our dedication be met with silence.@himantabiswa
