This is true pro-activism. @paulpowlesland is a real British hero.
Actually improving nature despite legal threats and insane Government bodies.
Really puts the environmental virtue-signallers to shame.
Great piece from @Channel4News
@prioritypasscom Being able to actually use your lounge. Dublin, Orlando and Manchester have all been full with long waits. What was once a perk is now a bin fight. Not fun.
@RupertLowe10@WillowOfNotts Ask your followers to start giving a damn now. Volunteer clean ups. Report fly tippers. Make littering unacceptable amongst your supporters. Encourage pride in their homeland. Don't wait. Otherwise it's all merely promises we've heard before.
@RestoreBritain_ If you want Restore to gain prominence start tackling this problem now. Ask your supporters to take pride in their neighbhourhoods. Make it socially unacceptable to litter. Pressure councils. Make a difference now.
This is incredible.
This machine is capable of cleaning up 100 million kg of plastic ocean waste, and as of 2025, it has already collected about 500,000 kg of plastic.
It aims to remove 90% of ocean plastic by 2040.
I’ve had had a few comments recently about my Posted Potatoes from people saying they can buy bags of potatoes cheaper from farms local to them. If you can, go and buy that bag, support your local farmer! I’m just trying to offer potatoes for people who don’t live near a farm that sells them, but still want to support British Agriculture by buying direct from a farmer like me.
It’s expensive to post a 15kg parcel, and unfortunately I’m not Amazon Prime, but I’ve tried to keep the cost affordable for the consumer, but fair to the farmer and to reflect the cost of producing high quality spuds. Farmer Luke’s potatoes is the first time in my farming career that I have been able to set the price for my own product and I truly appreciate every single potato that you guys have brought from me 🥔🚜
If you don’t have a local farm you can buy from, you can order direct from me here:

@vbspurs They’re dreadful. Desserts from Costco, wilted cheese and fruit plates from the store, dried out mac and cheese, and ham rolled round tasteless cheese. It’s a mish mash of grim. Eat well before heading out.
Megafauna in news again: "Cattle grazing at a nature reserve in the Yorkshire Dales has increased plant diversity by over 40%. Allowing native cattle breeds to roam large areas of the landscape at Ingleborough has also led to a five-fold increase in the number of butterflies."
@RupertLowe10 How about encouraging your 100k+ members to clean up their areas? Great PR. Why wait until you're elected? The attitude of the nation needs to be addressed now. Use your constituency as an example. Fines and community involvement in GY.
1/2 posts - HEROES AT WORK
Utterly brilliant effort by Scott Gibbins and all the South Leics Wombles. Watch this video and the next one we'll post shortly. Look at the sheer scale of this littering. This is no exception. Britain is drowning under a tsunami of waste. @Riskyphilski
Liverpool – 20,300 incidents. 0 fixed penalty notices.
Wirral – 7,977 incidents. 0 fixed penalty notices.
Lancaster – 3,190 incidents. 0 fixed penalty notices.
Councils have let fly tipping become LEGAL in Britain.
See how your council is doing.👇
"The Environment Agency said Yorkshire Water would not attend an interview for any of the three incidents."
And there you have it my friends, that's the level of contempt water companies have for their regulator the @EnvAgency

Bucket: £10

Measuring jug: 90p
Ammonia tester: £100
Actually going out to check a sewage outfall that illegally discharges 750,000,000 million litres of sewage every year?
Priceless.
There are some things a government regulator with a budget of £189,000,000 & 12,000 staff can’t do.
For everything else, there’s volunteer river guardians.
@RupertLowe10 Why wait? Encourage your followers to litter pick. Push councils to enforce littering laws and the associated fines. Contact National Highways to do their job. Highlight businesses that don’t clean up outside their premises. You don’t need to be elected to push for change.
