@TKopelman I enjoy working with high income toddlers. Seeing how compounding works over 80 years makes them goo and gaga. We also help them to get into the “right” kindergarten so they can reach their goals by age 5. Our relationship with local toy stores also helps us retain customers.

@a_kane47 Trades are broken all the time. Ask someone who was once an out trade clerk. (Out trade clerks wore black by the way). And many a trader was shocked when they realized that they were out thousands when they thought they bought instead of sold, wrong month, put vs call etc.

@spencertbarber I have a friend developing lots in Heredia. Leveling, paving, fencing, water and electric. 3 years so far. He thinks it will be another 6 months before everything is signed off. And his costs are 33% of the land value. Crazy.

I will never develop here. Permisos, Muni, water, banks, contractors. It’s horrible.
